1 g of drug contains active ingredients:

- Doxycycline hydrochloride - 200 mg

Pharmacological activity

Doxycycline is bacterial static  antibiotic, which belongs to the group of tetracyclines. Acts bacterialstatically on the ribosome of bacteria, inhibiting protein synthesis. The drug has a broad spectrum antimicrobial action on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (Staphylococcus spp., Diplococcus pneumonia, Streptococcus spp., Haemophilus influenza., E. coli, Pneumococci, Bacillus antracis, Clostridium tetani, Clostridium perfringes, Listeria monocytogens, Actinomyces spp., Entirobacter spp., Klebsiella spp., Salmonella spp., Shigella, Yersinia spp.), as well as mycoplasma, rickettsia and chlamydia. After oral use of doxycycline it is rapidly absorbed and reaches peak concentration in blood after 3 hours, and stored in the body for a long time.


Prevention and treatment of diseases of the respiratory and gastrointestinal bacterial etiology in poultry and pigs.




- Treatment - 50 g per 200 liters of drinking water for 5-7 days;

- Prevention - 25 grams per 200 liters of drinking water for 5 days.


- Treatment - 100 g per 100 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days;
- Prevention - 50 g per 100 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.


Do not give to animals sensitive to tetracyclines, as well as animals with kidney and liver diseases. Do not give to chicken-laying hens.


Slaughtering animals for meat is permitted within 4 days after the last use of the drug. Before this date the meat is fed to animals or disposed (depending on conclusion of veterinary).
